WayneFlow's B2B lead generation services are done-for-you cold email and LinkedIn outreach for U.S. and Canadian B2B companies. Once campaigns are live, we guarantee 25 qualified appointments a month. Full terms are covered on a strategy call.

Key takeaways
  • You get booked sales meetings with decision-makers, not a spreadsheet of names to chase.
  • Everything is handled for you: research, verification, domains, copy, sending, replies, booking and reporting.
  • Our campaigns have sent 588,000 emails, earned 12,900+ replies, and booked 100+ calls and demos.
  • We send from separate domains, so your main company domain is never at risk.
  • Campaigns follow CAN-SPAM in the U.S. and CASL in Canada.

What's included in our B2B lead generation services

Most lead generation companies sell one piece of the job. One sells data, another sends emails, and you are left to stitch it together. We run the whole system, from the first list to the meeting on your calendar.

  • Ideal customer research. We define the industries, company sizes, job titles and regions that buy from you, based on your best existing clients.
  • List building and verification. Every contact is pulled to match that profile and verified before a single email goes out. On our agency campaign, verified lists kept the bounce rate at 1.64%.
  • Domains and inboxes. We buy and set up secondary sending domains and inboxes with proper authentication and warm-up, so your main domain stays clean.
  • Copywriting. Short, plain, relevant emails and LinkedIn messages written for each segment. No templates copied from the internet.
  • Sending. Emails go out on weekdays during business hours in the prospect's time zone, at safe daily volumes per inbox.
  • Reply handling. Our team reads and answers every reply, answers questions, handles objections and filters out bad fits.
  • Booking. Interested prospects are booked straight into your calendar with context on who they are and what they want.
  • Reporting. You get a live dashboard showing emails sent, people contacted, replies, interested leads and meetings booked.

You show up to the calls. That is the whole job on your side.

Who this service is for, and who it's not for

Cold outbound works very well for some businesses and poorly for others. Being honest about that up front saves both of us time.

A good fit

  • U.S. and Canadian B2B companies selling to other businesses, not consumers.
  • Marketing and lead gen agencies, B2B SaaS, construction software, professional services, and founders raising from angel investors.
  • Offers with a clear buyer: you can name the job title that signs the contract.
  • Deal sizes large enough that one closed client pays for many meetings. Our clients average about $2,500 per deal.
  • A founder or sales team that can take calls quickly and follow up.

Not a good fit

  • Consumer products or anything sold to individuals at home.
  • Very low-ticket offers where a single sale cannot cover the cost of a meeting.
  • Companies with no clear target market yet. Outbound amplifies a working offer, it does not find one for you.
  • Teams that cannot take calls within a few days. Interested buyers go cold fast.
  • Anyone who wants to send to bought lists without verification or opt-outs. We will not run that.

How our lead generation and appointment setting services work

Every campaign follows the same four steps. You can see each one in more detail on our 4-step outbound process page.

  1. Strategy and targeting. On a strategy call we learn your offer, best clients and sales process, then agree on the ideal customer profile and what counts as a qualified meeting.
  2. Infrastructure and lists. We set up secondary domains and inboxes, warm them up, and build and verify your first contact lists.
  3. Launch and optimize. We write the copy, launch cold email and LinkedIn outreach, and test subject lines, angles and segments every week based on reply data.
  4. Book and report. We handle replies, book interested prospects into your calendar, and report results on a live dashboard.

Results from our cold email lead generation campaigns

Across all campaigns, WayneFlow has sent 588,000 emails, earned more than 12,900 replies, surfaced 3,400+ interested buyers, booked 100+ calls and demos, and helped clients sign 6 annual contracts. That adds up to more than $510K in pipeline, which we count as the value of qualified opportunities at our clients' average deal of about $2,500.

Our reply rates run between 2.8% and 4% across our largest campaigns. The difference comes from tight targeting, verified lists and short, relevant copy, not from tricks.

From our dashboards

For one agency client, from June 1 to October 19, 2026, we sent 82,671 emails to 76,081 people. That produced 2,429 replies, of which 2,146 were positive or interested. Bounce rate stayed at 1.64%, and the campaign generated $175,000 in pipeline.

Volume does not have to wait months either. In a 5-day blitz from September 7 to 11, 2026, we sent 96,408 emails to 79,587 contacts, got 1,095 replies and 115 interested prospects, and booked 25 calls. Bounce rate was 0.45%.

From our dashboards

For a construction software client, we sent 162,073 emails to 158,322 contacts and earned 4,449 replies, a 2.81% reply rate. That led to 31 sales-qualified demos, 6 annual contracts signed, and $15,000 in closed deals for the client.

One detail you will notice on our dashboards: opens show as zero. We switch open tracking off on purpose, because tracking pixels can hurt deliverability. We measure what matters, which is replies and meetings. You can see the live dashboards on our case studies and results page.

Lead generation vs appointment setting: what's the difference?

The two terms get used interchangeably, but they describe different outcomes. Knowing the difference is the most important thing to understand before you hire a B2B lead generation agency.

How to measureCost per leadCost per qualified meeting and meetings to deals

A raw lead is a starting point. Somebody still has to reach out, follow up several times, answer questions, and find a time that works. That is often the hardest part of the job, and it is where many leads quietly die.

A booked meeting skips all of that. The buyer has already said yes to a conversation. That is why we run lead generation and appointment setting as one service: we generate the interest and convert it into time on your calendar. If you want the full picture, our complete guide to B2B appointment setting walks through how the process works end to end.

How B2B lead generation companies price their services

You will see four main pricing models in the market. None is right for everyone. Here is how each one works and what to watch for.

Pay-per-lead

You pay a set fee for each lead delivered. It looks low-risk, but the definition of a "lead" matters. It can mean anything from a verified contact to someone who replied once. Ask for the definition in writing.

Pay-per-appointment

You pay for each meeting booked. This ties cost to a clear outcome. The catch is quality: some providers book anyone who will take a call. Agree on qualification criteria and on what happens with no-shows.

Monthly retainer

You pay a flat monthly fee for the service, regardless of output. This gives the provider room to test and build properly, and it is common for full done-for-you programs. The risk is paying for effort without results, so look for clear reporting and targets.

Hybrid

A lower base fee plus a performance component per meeting or per deal. It shares risk between both sides and keeps the provider focused on outcomes while covering the fixed costs of tools, data and infrastructure.

Whatever the model, compare total cost against qualified meetings and closed deals, not against leads or emails sent. We explain how our own guarantee and pricing work on the strategy call, based on your market and goals.

How to evaluate a lead generation company: a checklist

Before you sign with any outsourced lead generation provider, including us, ask these questions.

  1. Can they show real dashboards? Screenshots of actual campaign data, with sends, replies and bounces, beat logos and testimonials.
  2. What exactly do they deliver? Leads, replies or booked meetings. Get it in writing.
  3. How do they define "qualified"? Job title, company size, industry and intent should all be part of it.
  4. Whose domain do they send from? If the answer is your main domain, walk away. Secondary domains protect your business email.
  5. Do they verify lists? Ask for typical bounce rates. Ours range from 0.45% to about 3%.
  6. Do they meet inbox provider rules? Google's email sender guidelines require SPF or DKIM for all senders and spam rates below 0.3%. Bulk senders need DMARC and one-click unsubscribe, and Microsoft added similar requirements for Outlook.
  7. Who handles replies? A provider that forwards every reply to you is selling half the job.
  8. How do they report? You should see results weekly, ideally on a live dashboard.
  9. Are they compliant? Ask how they handle opt-outs, CAN-SPAM and, for Canadian prospects, CASL.
  10. What happens if results fall short? Ask about guarantees and how they are measured.

If you are still deciding whether to outsource at all, our breakdown of outsourced appointment setting vs an in-house SDR compares the real costs side by side.

Compliance: CAN-SPAM in the U.S. and CASL in Canada

Cold email to businesses is legal in the U.S. when it follows the CAN-SPAM Act. The FTC's CAN-SPAM compliance guide says the law makes no exception for business-to-business email. Every message needs accurate sender information, an honest subject line, a valid postal address and a working opt-out, and opt-outs must be honored within 10 business days. Our article on whether cold email is legal in the U.S. covers the details.

Canada is stricter. According to the CRTC's CASL FAQ, commercial messages need consent, identification information and an unsubscribe mechanism. Implied consent can apply when a person has conspicuously published their address without a "no unsolicited messages" statement and the message is relevant to their role. Penalties reach up to $10 million per violation for corporations. See how we run campaigns for B2B lead generation in Canada.

We build every campaign around these rules: clear sender identity, a real unsubscribe option, fast opt-out handling, and role-relevant messaging only.

Where we work

We book meetings for B2B companies across all 50 U.S. states and in Canada. Because emails are sent in each prospect's local business hours, it does not matter whether your buyers are in New York, Texas, California or Ontario. You can browse the areas we serve for state-by-state details.

Frequently asked questions

What do B2B lead generation services actually include?

A full service covers everything between an empty pipeline and a booked call: defining your ideal customer, building and verifying the contact list, setting up separate sending domains and inboxes, writing the copy, sending on a schedule, handling replies, booking meetings, and reporting. Some companies only sell lists or only send emails. Ask exactly which steps are included before you sign.

How long until the first appointments are booked?

Expect a setup period before sending starts, because new domains and inboxes need to warm up before they can send at volume without landing in spam. Once campaigns are live, replies usually start within the first week of sending. We cover the exact timeline for your market, and when the 25-appointment guarantee starts, on the strategy call.

Is outsourced lead generation better than hiring an SDR?

It depends on your stage. An in-house SDR gives you full control but takes months to hire, train and ramp, and you still pay for tools, data and management. An outsourced lead generation company brings the infrastructure and playbook on day one. Many teams outsource first, prove the channel, and hire later. Our in-house SDR comparison breaks down the full costs.

Do you work with Canadian companies?

Yes. We run campaigns for B2B companies in both the U.S. and Canada. Canadian prospects fall under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), which requires consent, identification and an unsubscribe mechanism. Implied consent can apply when a business address is conspicuously published and the message is relevant to the person's role. We build Canadian lists and copy around those rules.

What counts as a qualified appointment?

A qualified appointment is a scheduled call with a decision-maker who matches the ideal customer profile you approved, at a company that fits your size and industry criteria, who agreed to the meeting knowing what it is about. We agree on these criteria in writing before launch so there is no debate later about whether a meeting counts.

Will cold email hurt my company's main domain?

It should not, if the campaign is set up correctly. We send from separate secondary domains that look like your brand, so your main domain, the one your team uses for client email, is never exposed to cold sending. We also verify every list, keep volume per inbox low, and turn off open tracking to protect deliverability.
